Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using FIFO Ready Resume, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the Service Provides

FIFO Ready Resume provides AI-assisted resume drafting, resume checking, cover-letter drafting, and professional profile wording tools for FIFO, mining, oil and gas, camp, marine, emergency, and remote or seasonal roles.

The service is a drafting and editing tool. It is not a recruiter, employer, migration adviser, legal adviser, licensed career adviser, or training provider.

3. User Responsibility and Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it. You must not submit, generate, or use false employers, roles, dates, tickets, licences, qualifications, safety records, work rights, metrics, achievements, or references.

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsupported claims, or unsuitable wording. You must verify all resume content before sending it to an employer, recruiter, training provider, or platform.

4. No Employment or ATS Guarantee

We do not guarantee ATS parsing, ATS ranking, interviews, job offers, employment, visa outcomes, licensing outcomes, safety-card acceptance, or acceptance by any employer, recruiter, job board, or platform. Results vary by employer, system, role, market, and the accuracy of your supplied information.

5. Payments, Access, and Refunds

Paid access unlocks the relevant package features for the resume or account as described at checkout. During launch, features, pricing, templates, and availability may change. “Access” means access while the service is available; it does not guarantee indefinite hosting or lifetime operation.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, OpenRouter/model providers, email providers, analytics providers, and other third-party infrastructure. Outages, API changes, payment failures, or provider limits may affect availability.

7. Trademarks and Affiliation

FIFO Ready Resume and FIFO Ready are trade names or service marks used by this service. FIFO is also a generic industry term for fly-in/fly-out work, and we do not claim exclusive rights over generic industry terms.

This service is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any employer, mining company, oil and gas company, job board, training provider, professional networking platform, resume builder, or recruiter mentioned descriptively on the site.

Third-party names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Creating or submitting false qualifications, licences, tickets, work rights, experience, employers, references, or achievements.
• Impersonation or submitting someone else’s personal information without permission.
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, rate limits, or security controls.
• Using the service for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent applications.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIFO Ready Resume and its owners/operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunity, lost employment, lost income, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
