Launch Satisfaction Policy

During launch, if the product is defective, you cannot access your paid resume, or the output clearly misses the role requirements you supplied, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund it. We do not guarantee interviews, ATS ranking, job offers, employment, visa outcomes, or employer acceptance.

How to Claim

To request a refund, email support@fiforesumes.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the defect or why the output missed your supplied requirements.

We may ask for enough detail to identify the order and fix the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

General Refunds

If you are simply unhappy with the product for any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue (e.g., rewriting the resume) or issue a refund at our discretion if the product was defective.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed immediately by our team but may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
