1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when using FIFO Ready Resume, including resume contact details, work history, tickets, licences, education, skills, job descriptions, support messages, account details, and payment-related identifiers.
Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for your resume. You are responsible for checking that all submitted and generated resume information is accurate before using it.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate, edit, store, and download resumes, cover letters, and profile content.
- To process payments, refunds, fraud checks, and customer support.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
- To send transactional or support messages where configured.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not claim that AI providers use your resume to train our own model. Resume content and job descriptions may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate or analyze your documents.
3. Third-Party Services and Overseas Processing
Our service may use Cloudflare for hosting/security, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, OpenAI and/or OpenRouter/model providers for AI processing, Resend or another email provider for support email, and Google Analytics where analytics cookies are accepted.
These providers may process data in countries outside your location, including the United States and other regions. Their own privacy policies also apply.
4. Payments and Security
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Resume data is stored in Supabase and access controls are used to limit account access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We may use essential cookies or local storage for authentication and preferences. Analytics cookies or tags are only intended to load after you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, analytics/marketing tags should not be loaded.
6. Data Retention
We retain resume and account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, handle support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to processing of your personal data. Contact support@fiforesumes.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
